The Rideau Tower has been my home for the past 22 years and I can honestly say I do not want to live anywhere else. The building is in a prime location - close to so many amenities i.e. drug store, post office, grocery store, medi-centre, restaurants, Victoria Golf Course and main bus route. The building is very secure including the parkade and also has a very friendly and hard-working resident manager which is a great asset in itself. The building has always been very well-maintained and each year expensive upgrades are done, both inside and outside the buildings. The units are larger than most other rental apartments and each one has been renovated in turn, some now with hardwood flooring. There is a laundry room on every floor, and a beautiful exercise room in the basement which is appreciated and used by many tenants, both old and young." — Daphne

The Rideau Tower is a clean, well maintained building with approachable, friendly and hard working manager.

Situated in a walkable community near the river valley, the Rideau is surrounded by a variety of amenities. You can leave the car parked in the heated underground parkade and walk everywhere. Bus stops are within a block and several routes take you anywhere in the city.

The suites are bright, roomy and quiet. The views from most of the units are unobstructed, providing for privacy. One is not looking across the street of lane into another building.

There is an excellent security system in place that provides for a feeling of well being. A number of the tenants have resided here for many, many years.

I have lived in Ascot building for the past 10 years. The building is kept meticulously clean by Randy and repairs are attended to asap. Randy also keeps sidewalks clean and well done before the tenant's start to the day. The building is situated in a very picturesque street and located in close proximity to many features. It is within a block of the LRT which gives quick and easy access to the downtown or Rexall Place, 5 minute walk from Commonwealth Stadium, close to Edmonton's river valley bike trails and only a few blocks away from a mini mall. The Arbor Apartment is not just the place I live - its home. This well-managed, clean building is tended for with care and effort. It's a safe, quiet and comfortable space. We have a great building manager who works very hard to keep it that way.

There's a lot to look after in and around an apartment building but the Ascot staff are keeping it that place I like to live. Good tenants are welcomed here.
