Founders

Ascot Group was founded over 50 years ago by Edward Assaly and has been a family owned and operated company in Edmonton ever since. Edward Assaly started his company while working as a manager at The Hudson's Bay in 1952. What began as a small operation building houses in the city during his lunch break; quickly turning into a full time development company. From houses to multi-family apartments Edward Assaly's vision helped the growth of the city.

Over the years and through our founder's vision the company now encompasses multi-family apartment complexes, along with partnerships in seniors assisted living facilities, a real estate development company and vacation rental properties.

Today Ascot Group continues the tradition as an innovative, visionary company. Looking outside, not only the boundaries of the city, but the boundaries of traditional business as well.
